By joining as a Regulatory Affairs Pharmacist (Entry-Level Welcome) Specialist, you will play a key role in advancing healthcare while maintaining the highest standards of compliance, safety, and quality. Responsibilities Manage pharmaceutical product registration, ensuring compliance with Hong Kong regulations and contributing to strategic goals. Prepare and submit required documentation, including dossiers, labeling, and safety reports for regulatory submissions. Collaborate with internal teams to gather and verify information, and liaise with regulatory authorities to address inquiries. Apply for additional certifications (e.g., GDP) and ensure the completion of warehouse audit documentation. Enhance warehouse management processes and facilities to align with industry standards and best practices. Requirements Must hold a pharmacist license (essential, fresh graduates are welcome). Proficiency in English, Cantonese (written and spoken); additional languages are an advantage. Enthusiastic, self-driven, and eager to learn and grow in the pharmaceutical industry. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to explore and understand international regulatory standards and practices.
