(Senior) HR Manager - Retail Industry (Business Partner Role) About The Client Our client is a leading luxury retail business, currently looking for a (Senior) HR Manager to join as part of the local HR team. About The Role Working within the dynamic retail business with a team of around 100 talented individuals based in Hong Kong, you'd be responsible for: Strategic HR Partnership: Act as the primary HR advisor to function heads, addressing pain points and providing tailored solutions. Recruitment & Workforce Planning: Oversee talent acquisition strategies, ensuring the right people are in the right roles. Employee Engagement & Culture: Design and implement initiatives that boost morale, retention, and engagement. Performance Management: Develop processes to drive employee development and enhance business outcomes. Organizational Development: Support long-term business growth through effective workforce planning and HR strategies. HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and ad‑hoc projects, including reporting and analytics. Requirements 15+ years of HR experience in retail, sourcing, or related industries. Solid all‑round HR expertise with a strong business partnering focus. Proven ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and senior leadership. Strong problem‑solving skills and a strategic mindset. A true team player with clear, transparent communication skills (both English and Chinese). Ability to navigate a fast‑paced and evolving business environment.
