This position is based in Hong Kong and requires expertise in managing and optimizing operational processes to ensure efficiency and compliance. The employer is a multi-family office investing in new economy via equities, private equities and also investing in web3.0. Description Strategic Operations Oversight Lead and optimize day‑to‑day operations across HR, finance, compliance, and administrative functions. Finance & Operation, Compliance Lead a team of 5 and responsible for fund accounting, financial reporting, fund operation, compliance Financial Oversight Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting for both the firm and client entities. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., AML/KYC, FATCA, CRS) and internal policies across jurisdictions. Vendor & Service Provider Management Negotiate and manage relationships with external vendors, custodians, legal advisors, and technology providers. Profile Strong knowledge of the financial services industry, particularly in buy side / family office Proven expertise in developing and implementing operational strategies. Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in Hong Kong. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
