Senior Manager, Technical Services (Building Maintenance) Key Responsibilities Take charge of the Building Maintenance Team and support the General Manager to manage the Technical Services team under the Projects Department to deliver safe, reliable and cost‑effective operation and maintenance services. Coordinate the works and services between the Building Maintenance Team and the Building Services Team for seamless and integrated technical services. Recommend and implement operation and maintenance policies, strategies and systems. Recommend and implement health and safety / environmental / sustainability policies. Implement procurement and contracting policies, strategies and plans. Plan and manage procurement and execute contracts and asset enhancement projects/works under the portfolio of the Technical Services team of the Projects Department. Manage staff of the technical team in line with the management policies and strategies. Provide recommendations and services to Business Units, Property Management Department and other Departments on technical issues, including technical opinions on tenant fitting out, input on feasibility studies and new developments, and manage minor alteration and modification works. Compile and manage budget. Continuously manage and review service quality and work standards in line with company policies. Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements Degree holder in Building Surveying. Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) Building Surveying Division or an equivalent professional qualification is preferred. Minimum ten years of relevant experience in building operation and maintenance, with at least five years at a supervisory level in a leading property developer or property management company. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when working with tenants, leasing and property management teams. Strong analytical mind and problem‑solving skills. A continuous drive for improvement. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. An attractive remuneration package will be offered to the right candidate.
