Position Description Responsible to perform and supervise cabin cleaning functions under minimum guidance. Participate in various Ramp Services project and activities under the guidance of Ramp Services Officer. What You'll Do Able to maintain the aircraft cleaning quality in respect of agreed standards and aircraft turnaround times. Execute the task which assigned by Officer (Ramp Services). Motivate cleaning crews to complete aircraft cleaning on time & meet the required standard. Execute the safety procedures are strictly complied by frontline staff. Lead several crews of cleaner to complete the routine / non‑routine cleaning task Supervise subordinate to perform assigned tasks Handle documentation Coordinate with different sections within the department to solve problems Interpret precision time schedule (PTS) to maintain on time performance (OTP) Comply different customers cleaning & dressing requirement Interpret the audit mechanism and sustain the cleaning quality Execute any tasks that assigned by his/her superiors What You'll Need Seeking for any business opportunities for Ramp Services sustainable development Assist Head of Section (Ramp Services) to oversee daily operations of Ramp Services Lead teammates to accomplish assigned tasks Completion of Secondary education or equivalent 1-2 years experience in service industry Proficient in MS Office applications Good communication and interpersonal skills Good command of English and Chinese, both spoken and written Shift duties and overtime work is required Possess HK driving license is an advantage HAECO Group is an equal opportunity employer.
