About ESG Audit KPMG’s ESG Reporting and Assurance practice helps organisations improve their corporate sustainability management as well as support organisations in developing their strategies to specific sustainability challenges. Our goal is to help our clients understand and respond to sustainability trends that are driving changes in markets, regulations, and technologies. Our work ranges from supporting the development of strategy, management, and reporting to helping clients resolve implementation challenges to approach to climate change, supply chain management, and other emerging areas. We will provide exam support to help you obtain the recognized relevant qualifications. Key Responsibilities Engage in the analysis of ESG trends, regulations, and best practices Support the team in developing ESG strategies and frameworks for clients (focus on financial institutions on their net‑zero transition plan development) Organize the preparation of reports, presentations, and proposals to clients Support client meetings and discussions, taking notes and summarizing key points Assist with managers on ongoing client engagements and initiatives (e.g. Round Table for banking sectors, net‑zero transition strategy and plan for banking clients, climate risk assessment and strategy development, GHG accounting for portfolio emission etc.) Requirements Final year university students with a bachelor’s degree or above from all disciplines, ideally Environmental Studies, Business, Finance, or a related field Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong teamwork ability together with ability to work independently A passion for sustainability and interest in ESG issues (familiar with green and sustainable finance is preferred, but not a must) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus A permanent resident or holder of the right of abode in the location you are applying for Application If you’re interested in our Audit Graduate Programme, please do not hesitate to apply through our website at Job details - KPMG ESG Audit Graduate Programme - Hong Kong.
