Senior Manager, Technology Security and Risk The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels Limited Central and Western District, HK Responsibilities Lead IT risk and control assessments for infrastructure, applications, and private cloud environments. Maintain and enhance the IT risk register , ensuring it is current and continuously improved. Manage the IT security exemption process , including documentation, risk evaluation, and approvals. Serve as the primary contact for client and regulatory enquiries related to IT risk and security. Oversee security documentation , ensuring policies, procedures, and assessment reports are accurate and up-to-date. Supervise implementation of risk mitigation measures , monitor progress, and elevate unresolved issues. Promote continuous improvement in IT risk governance and control practices across the organisation. Qualifications Experience: At least 10 years in IT risk management, cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline. Framework knowledge: Strong familiarity with IT control and risk frameworks such as COBIT, NIST, and ISO 27001. Regulatory knowledge: Understanding of Hong Kong IT security regulatory requirements and governance standards. Technical skills: Demonstrated experience conducting IT risk assessments and managing control processes. Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Analytical ability: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with meticulous attention to detail. Organisational skills: Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple complex tasks effectively. Certifications: Professional credentials such as CISM, CRISC, CISSP, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor are highly desirable.
