Job Description Develop and execute strategic action plans for NPL restructuring and recovery Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across Hong Kong and China Negotiate with borrowers and sponsors to achieve optimal outcome Monitor and revise workout plans based on evolving credit conditions= Support business units in maintaining governance and operational risk controls The Successful Applicant Degree holder or relevant professional qualification in risk 10+ years of risk experience specialising in special assets and non performing loans Extensive experience in insolvency, debt restructuring, and credit structuring Legal knowledge of Hong Kong and China frameworks preferred ECF on CRM or ORM accreditation (HKIB) is an advantage Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Familiarity with corporate finance is a plus What's on Offer Lead a high-impact function in a respected regional bank Work closely with senior leadership across borders Be part of a team that values integrity, collaboration, and strategic thinking Competitive remuneration and career development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
