About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Option Portfolio Manager to drive performance and manage risk across multiple assets. In this role, you will design and execute option-based portfolios, identify trading opportunities and leverage volatility insights to deliver superior returns. You will collaborate with a dynamic investment team and gain exposure to cutting-edge instruments. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain option-based strategies proactively to enhance returns, generate income, hedge risks. Identify and evaluate short- and long-term trading/vol arbitrage opportunities and perform DDH to enhance portfolio performance. Monitor option and derivatives trades efficiently across listed, OTC, and digital venues. Monitor and manage portfolio exposures using the full set of Greeks. Build and strengthen relationships with execution traders, option dealer, researchers, and risk teams to optimize strategy deployment and capital allocation. Keep real-time update on macroeconomic developments, volatility regimes, and market microstructure impacting options markets. Prepare and present regular performance reviews, risk reports, and strategy updates to senior stakeholders and investors. Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in options trading or portfolio management within hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or institutional asset managers. Deep understanding of options pricing models, volatility surfaces, and derivatives market structure. Strong command of risk management tools and frameworks. Proven track record of consistent alpha generation and disciplined risk control. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to simplify complex derivative concepts. High attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure. Strong ethics and keen business insight. Collaborative mindset with strong ethical standards. Familiarity with BTC and ETH ETFs, and experience with crypto exchange platforms or digital asset derivatives market is highly desirable.
