Novel Tobacco Products Business Officer/Assistant 新型煙草業務專員/助理

Assist the Department Director in handling the company's Novel Tobacco Products (NTPS) business with the details as follows: Maintain close contact with suppliers and customers, monitor orders and logistics to ensure timely and quality delivery. Collect and organize sales and inventory data, prepare stock movement reports, and conduct sales analysis to support management decisions. Assist in developing marketing plans and participate in promotional activities such as international exhibitions, brand ambassador events, store displays, and sales promotions. Proficiently use ERP systems for data archiving and analysis. Regularly gather and compile target market trends, relevant policies and regulations, and business intelligence. Handle related business support tasks such as contract preparation, order tracking, and payment follow-ups. Other tasks assigned by the department. How we imagine you: Bachelor degree or above. 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred. Fresh graduates will also be considered. Good data sensitivity and analysis skills. Responsible, mature, strong communication and good interpersonal skills. Professional speaking and written skills in both Chinese and English.
