You will be the voice of our brand, responsible for developing and executing innovative social media strategies that drive engagement, growth, and conversion. About the job Strategic Content Planning & Creation Develop, maintain, and execute a comprehensive content calendar across all social media channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu). Generate high‑quality, original content (including copy, graphics, photos, videos, and Reels/Shorts) for product launches, brand campaigns, and daily engagement, tailored to each platform’s best practices. Translate feedback from internal teams, industry news, trends, and competitor analysis into compelling content ideas that maximize follower retention and campaign performance. Community Management & Viral Growth Manage and grow our social media communities, fostering active engagement with our target audience. Implement viral marketing techniques and participate in relevant trends to dramatically increase brand reach and awareness. Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments and messages in a timely manner to build positive brand loyalty. Analytics, Reporting & Optimization Track, measure, and analyze all social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.). Generate regular reports on campaign results, trending topics, and the competitive landscape, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement. Stay abreast of the latest digital trends, platform algorithm updates, and content formats to keep our strategy ahead of the curve. Cross‑Platform Asset Development Identify content needs across all digital touchpoints and create versatile social assets that can be adapted for various marketing uses. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other departments to ensure a consistent and powerful brand voice. Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned. About the people Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 3‑5 years of solid experience as a Social Media Specialist, Content Creator, or similar role; agency background is a strong plus. Must be digitally native and social media‑savvy, with a proven portfolio of successful viral content or campaigns. Exceptional creative writing and storytelling skills in both English and Chinese. Hands‑on experience in planning, shooting, and editing short‑form video content (e.g., for Reels, TikTok) is highly desirable. A regular user and deep understanding of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Xiaohongshu). Good knowledge of digital marketing and performance measurement concepts.
