Digital Marketing Executive / Senior Executive (Influencer Marketing) – Beauty We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Influencer Marketing Executive / Senior Executive to support our global K-Beauty e-commerce platform’s influencer marketing initiatives. This role focuses on identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers, developing and executing campaigns, and driving long-term growth and brand awareness in global markets, including North America, Europe, and Australia, while continuously expanding our business in LATAM and the Middle East. Key Job Responsibilities Identify and recruit KOLs and influencers aligned with the company’s goals and values. Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive results. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with influencers to foster ongoing partnerships. Monitor influencer performance and ROI, and optimize campaigns accordingly. Plan and support influencer campaigns, including content strategy, scheduling, and deliverables review. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring to inform strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, creative) to ensure campaign success. Collect, analyze, and report campaign performance data for insights and improvements. Maintain organized records of influencer communications, contracts, and campaign documentation. Generate initiatives to improve the impact and efficiency of influencer marketing programs. Perform ad‑hoc tasks and special projects as assigned. Desired Skills and Experience Excellent command of written and spoken English. Degree holder in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Communication, or related disciplines. 2–3 years of working experience in eCommerce or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or fast‑fashion industry. Strong interest in Korean and Asian beauty brands and digital marketing trends. Solid experience in online marketing, especially in social media, influencer marketing, and affiliate marketing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights and recommendations. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with high attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Able to work independently and under pressure, while collaborating effectively with team members and cross‑functional stakeholders. Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and experience with project management tools. Command of written and spoken French is an advantage. Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Assistant position.
