Job Description We are seeking established and ambitious Senior Wealth Management Advisors who have a proven track record of success. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of HNW and Ultra‑HNW clients, providing sophisticated financial solutions for wealth preservation, growth, and succession planning. You will leverage our family's extensive resources, proprietary training, and market‑leading product suite to deliver exceptional value to your clients. Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with HNW clients, acting as their trusted advisor on comprehensive financial planning. Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and leveraging the family's extensive ecosystem. Strategic Financial Planning: Analyze clients' financial situations and objectives to design and implement bespoke strategies utilizing our advanced financial products, including estate planning, tax‑efficient solutions, and multi‑currency portfolios. Portfolio Growth: Drive the growth of your business by achieving and exceeding ambitious sales targets for our premium product lines, such as the flagship "Wealth Series" and ILAS. Collaborate for Success: Work synergistically with our team of senior mentors and colleagues to share best practices and tackle complex client scenarios. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of proven success in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory, with a demonstrable track record of high production (e.g., consistent MDRT, COT, or TOT qualification is highly desirable). Deep experience in serving Hong Kong and Mainland Chinese HNW clients and a strong understanding of their unique needs and preferences. Exceptional knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and sophisticated planning concepts (e.g., trust structures, family office). Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A degree holder in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Possession of professional qualifications (e.g., CFP, CFA, RFC) is a strong advantage. Fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin is essential.
