Now, they are recruiting one Project Coordinator to join their team. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. The Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various landscaping projects, ensuring their successful completion within budget and timeline. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and coordination skills, along with a strong passion for landscaping and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Responsibilities: Collaborate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to understand project requirements and objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate and schedule project activities, ensuring adherence to established timelines. Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays. Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications. Procure necessary materials, equipment, and plants for each project. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Assist in the preparation and submission of project proposals, bids, and cost estimates. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and permits. Communicate project updates and progress reports to clients and stakeholders. Collaborate with the landscaping team to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Resolve any project-related conflicts or issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements: Diploma in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in project coordination or management in the landscaping or construction industry. Strong knowledge of landscaping techniques, materials, and plant species. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Proficient in project management software and tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills. Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
