In light of our rapid business expansion, we would like to invite a professional candidate for this position in Hong Kong. We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Lead and manage all financial accounting, reporting, and planning activities. Oversee financial consolidation and reporting to provide accurate insights into financial performance. Manage and give coaching to the accounting team, and coordinate with overseas accounting teams for efficient operations. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management on investments and business initiatives. Prepare regulatory reports for statutory compliance and offer financial advisory services to support business goals. Lead budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes, assist in SAP implementation, merger and acquisition projects, and handle ad hoc assignments to meet financial objectives. Skills & Experience Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related discipline(s); CPA or CFA certification preferred. Proven experience in financial management, accounting, and reporting. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities. With at least 7 years in cross border payment industry or with dealing/FX trading exposure in banking or financial services companies. Able to work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment, well-organized and with strong interpersonal communication and people management skill. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin. Experience with SAP implementation and merger and acquisition projects is a plus. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Finance Manager. We offer 5-day workweek, career prospects and attractive package for the right candidate.
