Sales Exeucitve / Telemarketer (Fintech Financing Solution Products) About the Role: Our Client seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive (Telesales) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and closing new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The candidate should demonstrate a proven track record in sales achievements and possess exceptional skills in handling customer objections and closing deals. Job Responsibilities Identify potential company customers and WARM calling on existing company customers (B2B Service). Sell innovative financing solutions to existing company customers by understanding their business needs and presenting value-driven financing options. (Focus on Logistics / Forwarder Industry) Stay updated with in-depth knowledge of other competitive financing products available in the market to better position the company’s offerings. Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to improve sales performance. Understand customer needs and effectively address objections to build trust and secure sales. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Build up long-lasting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. Job Requirements High Diploma or above Mastery in handling customer objections using seasoned sales tactics, such as consultative selling, value-based selling, and proactive listening to turn objections into opportunities. Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills tailored to complex, solution-based selling. Self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team. Proficiency in Cantonese and English is required; Good in Mandarin is an advantage. Short Notice or Immediate is highly preferred.
