Responsibilities Provide Level 1 IT Service for both on-site and remote support Perform Incident/Request process and services fulfillment via ticketing system, phone, email Ensure all IT incidents and users requests are properly logged, responded and escalated by the pre-defined SLAs Provide daily IT helpdesk support, troubleshooting hardware, software and system-related issues within SLA Assist in managing hardware & software inventory and maintain up-to-dated inventory record Manage and Provide AV support services for events and meetings Any ad-hoc duties as assigned Qualifications Diploma or above, preferably in Information Technology, Computer Science or IT-related discipline 2 years IT support experience or above Knowledge of MS Windows, Office 365 and Exchange Mail Hands on experience in PC problem diagnosis and end user support Good analytical and problem solving skills Good team player, self-motivated, communication skills and hard-working Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Additional Information Annual Leave: 12 days (pro-rata in 2026) Contract period: 1st January 2026 to 31st December 2026 Interested parties please send full resume stating qualifications, working experience and expected salary in PDF format.
