Audit Associate/ Trainee

About the role We are seeking a driven and ambitious Audit Trainee/Associate to join the team at D & Partners CPA Limited, a leading accounting and advisory firm in Hong Kong. As an Audit Trainee/Associate, you will be responsible for supporting our experienced auditors in conducting financial audits and reviews for a diverse portfolio of clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to kick‑start their career in the accounting industry. What you'll be doing Assisting senior auditors in planning, executing and documenting audit procedures Gathering and analyzing financial data and information to identify potential issues or discrepancies Preparing audit reports and other documentation to support the audit findings Liaising with clients to obtain necessary information and clarify any questions or concerns Staying up‑to‑date with the latest accounting standards, regulations and industry best practices Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies What we're looking for A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field (Fresh graduates welcome) Experienced in a professional CPA firm would be an advantage; applicants with more experience will be considered for an Audit Associate role Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to think critically Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team A keen interest in the accounting and audit profession, with the drive to continuously learn and develop Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese What we offer At D & Partners CPA Limited, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and enriching work environment.
