Direct message the job poster from MIGSO-PCUBED Finance & Human Resource Officer at MI-GSO | PCUBED We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with strong hands‑on experience in Kubernetes and Temenos (T24 / Transact / Infinity) implementation within regulated banking environments in Hong Kong. The role will be responsible for designing, automating, and supporting CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration platforms, and secure cloud/on‑prem infrastructure supporting mission‑critical core banking systems. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, administer, and optimize Kubernetes clusters (on‑prem or cloud) to support highly available banking workloads. Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure, reliable, and repeatable deployments across Dev / UAT / SIT / Pre‑Prod / Prod environments. Containerize and integrate Temenos components such as T24 / Transact / AA / R10 / IRIS / Infinity into Kubernetes‑based platforms. Define and implement Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform / Helm / Ansible. Maintain and improve automated application deployment workflows for microservices and APIs. Work closely with application, infrastructure, network, and security teams to ensure compliance with HKMA / MAS TRM controls , internal audit, and risk policies. Manage centralized logging, monitoring, and performance diagnostics (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK / Splunk, Dynatrace). Troubleshoot production issues and lead root‑cause and remediation activities. Drive continuous improvement to enhance scalability, resilience, and operational efficiency. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 10 years of DevOps / Platform Engineering experience in banking or large‑scale financial environments . Linux administration and shell scripting Terraform / Ansible / GitOps Direct implementation or operations experience with Temenos systems (T24 / Transact / AA / Infinity). Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP) and/or private cloud OpenShift / Tanzu is an advantage. Familiar with HKMA regulatory requirements , secure SDLC, network segmentation, identity and secrets management. Preferred Qualifications Kubernetes certification (CKA / CKAD / CKS ) is an advantage. Exposure to service mesh (Istio / Linkerd) and API gateways . Experience integrating Kafka / RabbitMQ / ESB in banking ecosystems. Experience with container security and secure configuration benchmarking. Soft Skills Strong communication skills to work with business, technology, and vendor teams. Able to operate in structured, regulated, change‑controlled environments.
