Volunteer: Videographer (30 Jan 2026) We are seeking a dedicated videographer to capture our Annual Gala Dinner and Live Auction at the Hong Kong Maritime Museum. Project Details Event: Annual Gala Dinner and Live Auction Date: 30 January 2026 (5:30 pm – 10:30 pm) Location: Hong Kong Maritime Museum, Central Pier No.8, Hong Kong Filming the entire evening and producing a 3‑minute highlight reel post‑event Use your own professional videography equipment Provide a portfolio when applying Background Our museum hosts an annual fundraising gala to support ocean education and marine conservation. This year we celebrate the opening of the HKMM Jockey Club Anchor Plaza. We Provide A briefing session via WhatsApp before the event and in‑person on the day. Access to event staff and guests for interviews and coverage. Why this is important The event brings together corporate leaders, social elites, and the maritime community. Your video will help raise funds for knowledge dissemination about ocean history and marine conservation. Project Period 30 January 2026 – 30 January 2026 Team Project You’ll work with other volunteers and event staff. Volunteering with Swire Trust Go‑Givers Program Our program recognizes outstanding volunteers annually; top contributors receive awards and rewards.
