Job Highlights Deliver English Enhancement classes in person or online focusing on listening and speaking or debate, public speaking at both primary and secondary school level Create interactive learning spaces at high quality, familiar with digital teaching tools Hold a degree in English at a top university, or TEOL / TESL / TEFL / TEYL qualifications Bilingual speaking English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin Willing to travel to teaching locations within Hong Kong and travel with students to overseas for competition and conferences occasionally Flexible to teach in weekends, and occasionally in the evenings or for special events Job Description You will play an important role in the Team in design and delivery of high quality learning and class experience to students aged from 5-18 either in person or online, in schools in different locations. You will be involved in helping to design, test AI learning programs and tools while you are expected to create interactive learning experience that excite students to achieve their full potential and making sure the most effective use of digital teaching tools as well as resources to promote the highest standards of teaching that help in growing the school’s business and pursuing long term learning objectives. Responsibilities: Design and implement lesson plans, create content and involve in curriculum design to meet the learning needs of target student groups Deliver classes and manage class experience making sure the quality of class deliverables and promotes student engagement and learning effectively Involve in assessing students’ potential before class through pre-class assessment and working with Class Administration Team to arrange appropriate class placement Evaluate students’ progress providing constructive feedback to help students to improve Work and collaborate with other operating teams in different competitions and conference through taking responsibility for the teaching and learning component of the event Involve in teaching audit to other tutors and coaches to ensure delivering of quality teaching and learning per standard and matrix set Involve in curriculum reviews and change in consultation with Management as appropriate To perform any ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned Requirements: Bachelor's degree in English or hold TEOL / TESL / TEFL / TEYL qualifications; With minimum 6 years related teaching experience including strong classroom management and curriculum development experience Experience in teaching English, Debate, Public Speaking is an advantage; Experience in teaching primary and/or secondary schools is preferred; Familiar with digital teaching tools, able to create interactive learning experience; Have excellent multi-tasking, organizational and people management skills, sharp business acumen, and customer service orientation; Be a creative yet pragmatic problem-solver; Bilingual speaking English, Cantonese and/or Mandarin Flexible to teach in the weekends, and in eveningsoccasionally, especially for special events; Willing to travel with student delegations to the UK and the US or in the region for competitions and conferences.
