About The Job This role centers on the analysis of Chinese big data through advanced AI technology to extract valuable insights and provide actionable recommendations for clients, especially on PR/Marketing area. Key Responsibilities Analyze Chinese big data from diverse media channels, utilizing our proprietary database and advanced AI technologies to generate actionable insights. Prepare comprehensive English reports that articulate findings, insights, and strategic recommendations, enabling clients to effectively formulate their marketing and communication strategies. Present insights and recommendations to clients, addressing inquiries and fostering a deep understanding of the analysis process. Manage projects and clients independently, ensuring that services are delivered timely and precisely according to client business needs and specifications, while upholding the highest standards of quality set by the company. Assist in AI analytics product development by keeping the technical team informed of market needs, verifying results generated by AI agents, and creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) for how AI agents should analyze data. About You Bachelor’s Degree Holder in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Communication, Sociology, Psychology or relevant disciplines. Minimum 3 years’ experience in market research field, preferably with experience in market research or social listening agencies. Exceptional stakeholder and client management skills, capable of effectively handling challenging client interactions to ensure satisfaction and successful outcomes. Strong analytical and data management skills, able to understand media language to summarize/highlight key insights from data. Self‑motivated, accountable, detail‑minded, can work independently but also a team player and meet tight deadlines. Open‑minded, eager to learn, and willing to embrace new AI technologies and tools to drive innovation and efficiency. Professional command of the Chinese and English language, both written and spoken.
