Senior Manager, Project Management – Thematic & Museums Kingsmen Group is a global leader in the design, fabrication and project management of Retail & Corporate Interiors, Exhibitions & Events, Thematic & Museums and Alternative Marketing. We invite mature and high caliber persons to fill the following position in Hong Kong. Responsibilities: Work closely with local/overseas design managers and designers in establishing the project schedule and milestones. Lead and manage projects from Design Development phase through Construction phase to completion. Coordinate project with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure all required information for project design and planning is obtained. Monitor project budget, quality, schedule and scope of work. Update Director on project status and identify/forecast any critical problems. Mainly responsible for tendering exercise and site works management. Requirements: High Diploma or Bachelor’s or degree in Interior Design, Civil/Construction/Engineering or equivalent professional qualifications. Minimum of 8-15 years’ experience preferably gained in interior fitting-out, construction, exhibitions, museums and project management. Experience in Quantity Surveying, Multimedia Production, Creative & Design or Branding Strategy will be an advantage. Based in Hong Kong and occasionally travel overseas if needed. Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, method statements, standards and building codes. Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment. Ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliverables. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines. Strong organization skills and attention to detail is a must. Strong problem solving and project management skills. Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin). Leadership skills to motivate team.
