About Your Company The Regional Finance Director is responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for the Asia‑Pacific region. This role will have a strong focus on financial consolidation, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to global headquarters. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a multinational environment, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices. Responsibilities Oversee the month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring accurate and timely consolidation of financial data from multiple entities Develop and maintain robust financial reporting systems to provide comprehensive financial information to regional and global stakeholders Partner with business unit leaders to support strategic decision‑making with relevant financial insights Manage the regional finance team, including mentoring and developing staff Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, as well as internal control frameworks Coordinate the annual budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with regional and global stakeholders Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity Liaise with external auditors, providing them with required information and supporting the audit process Qualifications Bachelor degree in Finance, Professional Accounting, Accountancy or any related disciplines Qualified accountant (HKICPA or equivalent) with at least 12‑15 years of progressive finance experience Demonstrated expertise in financial consolidation and reporting Strong understanding of international accounting standards and regulatory requirements Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present financial information to non‑finance audiences Experience in leading and developing high‑performing finance teams Proficient in the use of financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP, Excel) Fluent in Chinese and English in both written and spoken commands Candidates with less experience would also be considered for AD title Please note that only shortlisted applicants will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
