A leading hedge fund - Executive Assistant/Office Manager Our client is a leading financial institution and they are seeking an Office Manager/Executive Assistant to join their team. The Role Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to executives. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations. Office Management: Oversee daily office operations and ensure a professional work environment. Manage office supplies inventory and order supplies as needed. Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation and dissemination of company communications. Project Coordination: Support special projects and initiatives as directed by management. Organize and facilitate company events and meetings. Financial Administration: Assist with budget tracking and expense reporting. Process invoices and manage office-related financial documentation. Your Profile Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Experience: 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively.
