Job Description Position: Purchasing Assistant Industry: Watch trading & manufacturing Reporting to: Purchasing Manager Company Overview We are a well-established European company specializing in the manufacturing and global trading of lifestyle watch brands. Our Hong Kong office serves as the central hub for sourcing and trading, supporting a strong presence across Europe. With production facilities in China, we are committed to delivering stylish, high-quality timepieces that reflect European craftsmanship and global appeal. As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a capable Purchaser to join our procurement team and support daily purchasing operations. Position Summary This role reports directly to the Purchasing Manager and supports the procurement function across sourcing, supplier coordination, and record management. The successful candidate will work in a purchasing team of four members and contribute to the smooth operation of our international supply chain. Key Responsibilities Provide support to the Purchasing Manager with daily procurement tasks. Assist to communicate with suppliers to follow up on orders and delivery timelines. Support the Team in monitoring material supply and report potential shortages. Maintain accurate purchasing records and update supplier databases. Support price and delivery term negotiations under supervision. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth purchasing processes. Ideal Candidates Minimum 1 year of experience in either purchasing or the watch industry. Familiarity with watch components or consumer goods is an advantage. Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
