The Group has expanded its publishing brands to a wider scope, encompassing Hypebeast and its multiple content distribution platforms, creative agency Hypemaker, e-commerce and retail platform HBX, distribution and merchandising segment Hyperoom and food and beverage destination Hypebeans. Hypebeast are looking for a commercially driven and culturally fluent Brand Partnerships Manager to join our team in Hong Kong. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on driving business growth through 360° creative partnership solutions — far beyond traditional media sales. You will work closely with leading brands across fashion, beauty, retail, and lifestyle, offering integrated campaign solutions that include branded content, creative production, influencer strategy, and experiential activations. You’ll represent Hypebeast, one of the world’s leading cultural media platforms, and Hypemaker, a global full-service creative agency that helps brands tell stories that resonate with today's generation. Responsibilities Lead Generation & New Business - Proactively identify and develop new client opportunities with brands and agencies, particularly in fashion, retail, beauty, and lifestyle. 360° Creative Sales - Sell full-service creative partnerships — including strategy, branded content, influencer activations, social and digital media, events, and production. Sales Ownership -Manage the entire sales cycle: prospecting, pitch development, proposal writing, negotiation, and deal closing. Client Relationship Building - Maintain and grow relationships with senior-level stakeholders, serving as a strategic advisor and cultural consultant. Internal Collaboration - Work closely with Creative, Strategy, and Client Servicing teams to shape and deliver campaigns that are insight-driven, relevant, and high impact. Market & Cultural Intelligence - Stay ahead of market trends, client needs, cultural shifts, and competitor movements to identify new opportunities and sharpen your strategic approach. Brand Representation - Act as the face of Hypebeast and Hypemaker in the GBA market — representing our unique capabilities in meetings, industry events, and the wider client community. Requirements 5+ years of experience in brand partnerships, creative sales, or media/agency business development. Fluent in Cantonese and English (listening and speaking) and solid written Englishfor reports, decks, and email communications; conversational Mandarin is preferred. Active and trusted network within fashion, beauty, retail, and lifestyle industries. Strong understanding of integrated campaign sales and content-driven marketing. Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing high-level accounts. Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic storytelling skills.
