Asset Management - Human Resources - Senior HR Projects Officer, Asia Pacific Role Description and Purpose You will support the Head of HR Projects, APAC across a range of responsibilities, initially focusing on HRIS project support, HR analytics/reporting, and HR operations. The role involves working with a diverse stakeholder group, including global, regional, and local HR teams, IT, Finance and others, and providing coordination support for the regional HR PMO process or agenda. Key Responsibilities HR Reporting / Analytics – act as data specialist in HR reporting and analytics to produce timely and accurate HR reports (headcount, turnover, forecast data, employee absence, organization chart, exit interview, etc.) for related parties as per schedules or requests, and coordinate with the central team to enhance HR analytics as per business requests. HRIS Management – work closely with the Head of HR Project, APAC to lead HRIS project activities from design to go‑live, ensuring project milestones are met; act as control point to maintain data integrity across HR tools, provide subject‑matter expertise to local HR on system processes, support implementation, maintenance and support of HRIS, and develop user‑friendly procedures and documentation. HR C&B – coordinate the budget exercise, consolidate and validate local countries’ data, support the Compensation Review Process (CRP) at regional level, including data entry and regional remuneration analysis. APAC HR Control / Policy – support the Head of HR Project, APAC in implementing regional HR policies, procedures and HR control processes, and perform control checks and follow‑up remediation actions within the defined timeline. HR Communication – maintain and update the HR page with the latest policies and resources, and design and propose marketing materials for HR initiatives in the region. Role Requirements Key Internal/ External Relationships : BNPP AM Asia Pacific HR team, Group HR, Global HR MIS team, Finance / IT team. Essential Qualifications & Experience Degree in HR Management / Business Administration / Information Technology, Finance or a related field. Minimum 2–4 years’ work experience in an HR function, project management, HR reporting and control, and HRIS. Experience working in a multi‑location, international environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively between HR, IT and others. Experience in a financial institution is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills. Ability to learn new systems, subject matters and processes quickly. Highly organized and agile, capable of handling multiple projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Advanced knowledge of databases and Microsoft Excel. Written and oral English necessary; Mandarin/Cantonese an advantage. Knowledge of HR practices, procedures and policy development techniques is a plus. Working knowledge of HRIS and HR related systems – knowledge of Workday / Oracle HCM is a plus.
