Team & Scope The Global Procurement team is a trusted business adviser that strategically partners with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to create value and mitigate risk in strategic non‑product purchases for the global organization. They support the business in increasing profitability and return on investment by delivering value through strategic procurement, market insights, cost savings, supplier performance, and relationship management. What you will do Support indirect procurement activities in APAC, collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders to meet business goals. Lead category sourcing strategy and implementation, partnering with global procurement and business stakeholders. Execute sourcing strategy and category planning for functional business stakeholders. Lead sourcing RFX, supplier/contract negotiation, and deliver results across multiple projects. Generate productivity and value in non‑product procurement to fuel business growth. Define sourcing roadmaps, prioritising categories and events. Provide guidance on procurement policies and best practices as a consultant. Analyze spend data to identify value delivery opportunities. Facilitate contract management and liaise with legal counsel. Manage supplier performance and relationships to support business needs. Leverage digital procurement tools for activity management and efficiency improvement. Qualifications Required: Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years procurement experience, 2+ years international procurement. Preferred: MBA, SCMP, or equivalent professional designation. Experience analysing complex data, developing insights, and adopting new methods. Strong workload prioritisation and multitasking skills. Excellent PC skills (Microsoft Office); knowledge of P2P (Coupa)/Oracle a plus. Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills at all levels. Passion for process improvement and efficiency. Self‑motivated, empathetic, approachable; affinity for retail a plus. Must‑Haves Recognises personal responsibility and choice in all moments.
