Senior Analyst, FP&A

Our client is a renowned family office managing substantial assets under management, with investments in hotels and property development. Due to business expansion, they are seeking high-caliber professionals to join as Senior Analysts in their FP&A team. Key Responsibilities Ensure finance data sets are organized, logical, and clearly attributed, ready for reporting, analysis, and seamless integration with business platforms. Produce rigorous, prompt analyses on business-critical topics—such as leasing by tenant segmentation, KPI performance, and profitability trends—making salient risks, opportunities, and recommendations actionable for decision-makers. Partner with business unit to evolve monthly dashboards and reports, maintaining a focus on clarity, relevance, and alignment with strategic priorities. Take an active role in User Acceptance Testing and systems/process evaluation, facilitating communication between finance professionals and project teams to accelerate solution implementation. Build and maintain collaborative ties across departments, fostering transparency and developing organizational trust. Take on supplementary assignments as required to meet changing business demands. Key Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related specialty. 7 years of substantial experience in analytic finance roles—spanning financial analysis, business reporting, data analytics, or FP&A fields. Notable ability to interpret data, solve problems, and apply critical analysis. Expert proficiency in Excel and analytics platforms (such as Power BI and Tableau), with familiarity in financial systems and ERP environments. Deep experience in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting at the asset or business unit scale. Superb ability to communicate insights and complex information to non-finance teams. Solid commercial orientation, with an understanding of how business drivers influence financial results. Excellent command of English and Chinese in both spoken and written forms.
