Audit Partner (HKICPA Practising) — Strategic Partnership Opportunity About the Role We are inviting an experienced Practising Accountant (HKICPA) to join as a Partner in our Hong Kong CPA firm. Our group already operates a licensed company secretary firm in Hong Kong and manages a well-established audit service line for Hong Kong companies. You will join a growing professional services platform that provides end-to-end business solutions across company incorporation, accounting & audit, taxation, IP, cross-border compliance, and banking services . What We Offer Partnership opportunity in a Hong Kong CPA practice with existing audit and client base. Zero commission on your own client projects (full revenue retained). Shared revenue for firm-assigned projects, based on mutually agreed ratios. Free office space and equipment provided. Opportunity to work within the Simeng Corporate Services Platform (a member of China Hong Xing Group) — a leading enterprise services ecosystem operating across Hong Kong, Mainland China, and overseas markets. Plan to jointly establish a new licensed company secretary firm and CPA practice to expand Hong Kong operations. Key Responsibilities Manage and lead audit engagements in compliance with HKFRS and Hong Kong tax regulations . Provide professional and practical accounting and taxation advice to clients. Supervise audit teams, review working papers, and ensure quality control. Collaborate with the group’s business service platform to support cross-border client needs. Requirements HKICPA practising certificate holder , with 3+ years of practising experience . Proven audit and assurance experience with reputable CPA firms. Familiarity with Hong Kong Accounting Standards (HKFRS) and tax ordinances . Strong leadership, independence, and a proactive business mindset. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
