The candidate will normally station at Immigration Headquarters at Tseung Kwan O and office at Wan Chai but may be required to travel to various Immigration control points and offices including Shenzhen and other parts of Guangdong Province to provide on-site support (on same day return) where necessary. The frequency is expected to be no more than 5 times yearly. Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) To provide IT support for the implementation of Immigration Control System (ICONS) at the redeveloped Huanggang Port (new HG) Duties Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD; To perform various tasks for the implementation of ICONS at New HG; To collect user requirement and provide technical support in system design and analysis; To provide IT support and advice in various system tests of the ICONS at New HG; To assist in the review of the deliverables prepared by contractors to assure the quality and compliance with latest government standards; To perform diagnosis with contractors on technical issues and monitor the progress of the remedy actions; To perform any other duties as may be required for meeting the department's business needs.
