Responsibilities (職責) 接待客人，為客戶提供優質客戶服務，汽車售後服務、維修和保養的專業建議及報價 向維修技術人員提供車輛需要進行檢測的資料 透過優質服務建立良好客戶關係及品牌形象 Requirements (要求) 高級文憑或以上 2-3 年客戶服務經驗，有汽車行業經驗可獲優先考慮 良好溝通能力和客戶服務精神 良好廣東話，英語，普通話 持有有效 1 號和 2 號駕駛執照可獲優先考慮 Employee Benefits (員工福利) 優厚底薪、獎金及雙糧 酌情性花紅 5 天工作 星期日以及公眾假期休息 員工以及家屬醫療福利 Job Role & Responsibilities Responsible for providing professional advice, cost quotation and quality customer services to customers regarding vehicle service, repairs and maintenance. Provide technician with information about the vehicle that needs to be inspected. Establish good customer relationships and a strong brand image through excellent services. Skills & Experience Higher Diploma or above 2-3 years of customers service experience; candidates with experience in the automotive industry will be given priority.
