Position Overview We are seeking a Capital Raising / Corporate Finance Director to anchor our Hong Kong office and lead all capital markets activity within Asia. This role will serve as the principal conduit between investors across the region and our development partners in Australia, driving funding initiatives and structuring sophisticated real estate transactions. Reporting directly to our Dubai headquarters, this is a strategic leadership appointment — designed for a seasoned finance professional who combines investment acumen with cross‑border relationship management expertise. Key Responsibilities Formulate and execute capital raising strategies targeting institutional, family office, and professional investors. Manage the end‑to‑end execution of equity and debt financings for Australian property developments. Strengthen Opalus’s investor network across Hong Kong, Singapore, and key Asia‑Pacific markets. Oversee financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and transaction structuring. Represent the company at investor briefings, conferences, and international forums. Provide market intelligence and advisory input on capital flows, investor sentiment, and financial structuring. Candidate Profile Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or capital raising, with exposure to real estate or infrastructure sectors. Proven ability to originate, structure, and close cross‑border transactions exceeding USD 20 million. Established investor relationships across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Asia‑Pacific. Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills. Executive‑level communication and presentation ability. Fluency in English required; Mandarin or Cantonese proficiency preferred.
