Responsibilities Develop and enhance applications focused on digital transformation and automation initiatives. Support the deployment of digital solutions for the head office platform, ensuring seamless integration. Collaborate with stakeholders across regions to deliver high-quality project outcomes. Manage local and cross-regional IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards. Maintain accurate documentation for system development processes and controls. Monitor software development progress, contributing to coding and programming efforts as needed. Assess and recommend software solutions to address business requirements effectively. Provide ongoing maintenance and support for existing applications to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 8 years’ hands-on experience in application or software development, with banking industry experience preferred. Proficiency in MS SQL, C#, React.js, jQuery, CSS, and web services. Familiarity with UiPath RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is an advantage. Strong understanding of the IT system development life cycle, change control, and testing methodologies. Proactive and independent work ethic with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with fluency in English and Chinese; Putonghua is a plus.
