Objective of the Position As an Assistant Business Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s strategic initiatives. You will assist in data collection and analysis for business growth and improvement and support the communication of insights to the management team and stakeholders. What You’ll Do Support Strategic Analysis and Market Research Assist in conducting external market research to identify trends, consumer behaviour and competitive landscape relevant to beauty brands. Help perform competitor benchmarking to gather insights on pricing, product offerings and marketing strategies. Data-Driven Business Planning Assist in analysing sales, market share and operational data to support performance evaluation. Help with scenario analyses to examine the feasibility of new business initiatives. Contribute to the preparation of reports and presentations that provide actionable insights for the leadership team. Cross-Functional Collaboration Provide support for team operations, including administrative tasks and inter‑departmental follow‑ups. What You Have A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field. One year of work experience, preferably in a business analysis or strategy role. Strong analytical skills, experience with analysis and data visualization tools (Tableau and SQL would be a plus). A logical mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving. Excellent multitasking abilities and attention to detail. Good written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
