This role is to manage and serve designated clients for pension schemes through defined service standards and a consultative service model. Gather and communicate client feedback to drive continuous improvement of products and service capabilities, to achieve client retention. Key Responsibilities Serve assigned clients in managing their pension schemes and implement client service strategies aligned with company service standards. Support and facilitate client needs related to eMPF operational processes. Maintain regular client engagement through visits, calls, and emails and handle and resolve daily client operational issues. Develop and maintain a multi-channel client communication model integrating digital, verbal, and physical touchpoints. Assist clients in reviewing retirement and investment portfolios and implement client retention initiatives and report client feedback to senior management. Maintain strong working relationships with channel partners for servicing assigned client accounts and support client engagement activities including worksite events, counters, roadshows, and member briefings. Identify and explore new business opportunities within assigned client accounts. Promote BCT products and BCT digital services, such as the BCT mobile app and Employer Web platform. Take up tasks and projects assigned from time to time. Requirements Bachelor’s degree holder in Finance, Business or related discipline. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in the financial industry. Pass in the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) Examination. Holder of relevant SFC license or pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 or equivalent). Good understanding of Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) & Occupational Retirement Schemes Ordinance (ORSO). Proficiency in MS Office including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage. Remuneration will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
