We are seeking a dynamic and intellectually curious Financial Market Analyst with a strong foundation in finance and accounting to join our multi-disciplinary team. The ideal candidate should bring insight and creativity in public equity analysis, a passion for market dynamics, and bonus capabilities in AI applications and coding. This role bridges macroeconomic research, equity investment analysis, algorithmic strategy development, and treasury system enhancement. Macro Market Analysis Interest rates, inflation, and central bank policies Global equity indices and sector rotations Commodity price trends (e.g., oil, metals, agriculture) Foreign exchange movements and currency correlations Geopolitical risks and their financial market implications Translate macro insights into actionable investment and risk management perspectives. Equity Investment Research Fundamental techniques: financial statement analysis, valuation models, competitive positioning Technical analysis: chart patterns, momentum indicators, volume trends Sentiment analysis: social media signals, news flow, retail investor behavior Produce clear, logical, and data-driven investment reports and presentations. Algorithmic Strategy Collaboration Test and refine quantitative models Integrate macro and equity insights into systematic strategies Validate signal robustness and backtest performance Treasury System Enhancement Design and improve system functionalities for market data integration, risk analytics, and reporting Provide user feedback and financial logic to guide system architecture Ensure alignment with regulatory and operational requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Mathematics, or related field Ideally 2+ years of experience in financial markets, preferably with public equity research exposure. Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and accounting principles Familiarity with macroeconomic frameworks and global market interdependencies Analytical mindset with attention to detail and logical rigor Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration Self-driven, intellectually curious, and adaptable to fast-changing market conditions Bonus: Experience with Python, R, SQL, or other coding tools for data analysis or AI applications If you are a fresh graduate who has an absolute and genuine interest to pursue a finance career and possess the stated qualities, we encourage you to apply and we will make an objective assessment of your suitability for the role.
