Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated marketing professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English copywriting abilities, demonstrate proficiency with AI-powered marketing tools, and have experience executing comprehensive marketing initiatives. This role requires adaptability, cross-cultural communication skills, and a strong sense of responsibility. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies targeting global audiences Produce high-quality English marketing content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and email campaigns Execute end-to-end marketing plans, from conceptualisation to performance analysis Manage the company's presence at international Web3 and FinTech conferences and exhibitions Utilise AI tools for market research, content optimisation, and data analysis Coordinate with international partners and teams across different time zones (occasional after-hours communication may be required) Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field Minimum 1-2 years of digital marketing experience (recent graduates may be considered for Officer/Assistant position) Excellent English writing proficiency with a portfolio of relevant work Demonstrated experience using AI tools for marketing purposes Solid understanding of Web3 and financial technology sectors Excellent adaptability and strong sense of responsibility Willingness to travel for international events as required We Offer Competitive compensation package with performance-based bonuses Comprehensive medical insurance and annual leave entitlement Opportunities to attend major international industry conferences Professional development in the rapidly evolving Web3 sector Application Questions How many years' experience do you have in digital marketing?
