Senior - Assurance (Climate & Sustainability) - Hong Kong Deloitte deems sustainability management as a way to continually improve business operations. Responsibilities Ability to provide insights on various sustainability issues and deliver value‑adding sustainability advisory services to clients. Ability to apply recognized sustainability standards and frameworks (e.g. HKEx ESG Guide, GRI, GHG Protocol, TCFD, etc.) to meet the operational and reporting needs of clients. Ability to perform business process and risks assessments in relation to sustainability, and design solutions to improve client’s sustainability performance. Ability to deliver key messages with clarity, confidence, and poise to instill confidence in clients. Actively seek opportunities for growth, share knowledge and experiences with others, and act as an excellent brand ambassador. Ability to understand objectives for clients and Deloitte, align own work to objectives and set personal priorities. Qualifications Bachelor degree holder in science, engineering, economics, accounting, environment, or other relevant discipline. Preferably solid experience of working in a consulting environment. 2–3 years of experience in risk and sustainability consulting, including but not limited to: risk management, internal control, climate change, carbon management, environmental and social risk, green finance, responsible investment, sustainable supply chain, sustainability strategy and reporting readiness. Excellent analytical skills with high commitment to providing quality client service. Ability to direct own work and take initiative. Ability to remain calm under pressure. Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Chinese. Willingness to travel. Passionate in sustainability related subjects.
