The University now invites applications for the following position: (Ref: ITO (ITSC) ) Responsibilities install, configure and monitor IT/AV hardware and software provide IT support for teaching activities, user and help desk operation manage and control IT/AV facilities in the University coordinate and manage large academic events manage cybersecurity updates for campus computers organise annual software deployment exercises for campus computers assist in vendor management, inventory, budget and maintenance for IT and AV equipment Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or above qualification in a related discipline preferably have at least 3 years of relevant experience have good knowledge of IT technologies have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese have good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills be pleasant with a positive mindset, good customer sense and willing to learn new technologies The appointee will be required to work shifts in the evenings, on weekends and on holidays.
