Job Requirements:- CA representative for new plc website build.
- Support the implementation of digital communication strategies as part of the broader communications strategies that drive the business objectives of One Prudential and help build a prominent and highly valued corporate brand.
- Support the design and implementation of the Group’s social media scope and strategy, including for senior leadership.
- Support LBU teams to align and deliver on social media strategy.
- Work with LBU teams to develop capabilities in digital communications and social media.
- Build internal and external stakeholder trust and advocacy across the Prudential business through the development of comprehensive stakeholder engagement plans.
- A self-starter: You need to enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple stakeholders at the same time. Knowing how to plan and prioritise will be essential.
- An industry expert: You will have a strong track record of driving communications for global brands ideally in financial services.
- An excellent writer and creative communicator: You must have the ability to spot a good story, as well as translating complex topics into content that is clear, compelling and easy to digest.
- Results-oriented: We want to demonstrate the value of great strategic communications. You need a head for strategy and a knack for measurement, continuously thinking about how we can use communications to drive real business outcomes.
- Hands-on: We’re a lean team with big ambitions. We need someone who’s willing to grow with us and roll up their sleeves.
- Relationship focused: Able to build and manage relationships and represent the Corporate Affairs team inside and outside of the business.
