Responsibilities Formulate the goals, objectives, and operational strategies for the Trust Administration Department. Lead and manage the team to ensure effective delivery of trust administration and customer relationship services. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to trust administration. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance client experience and operational efficiency. Train and develop team members to support their professional growth. Requirements Degree in law, accounting, business, or a related field; relevant professional qualifications (TEP, HKCGI Chartered Member) are a plus. Minimum of 10 years of experience in trust administration, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role preferred. Strong knowledge of trust setup and administrative operations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a client-focused mindset. Fluency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; proficiency in Putonghua is essential. Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing. Immediate availability is highly preferred. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Deputy Head of Trust Administration role, which offers significant growth opportunities.
