Information Security Manager (Cybersecurity) - Information Technology (Job ID 4524)

 


Responsibilities
 

  • Assist Senior Information Security Manager in collecting statistics on expenses for information security
  • Perform security administration for various systems
  • Perform log management
  • Develop and enforce related standards and procedures
  • Manage Intrusion Detection/Prevention systems
  • Monitor firewall change management for Internet systems
  • Develop and maintain programs and automation procedures for security administration
  • Assist in providing security consultancy
  • Assist in security evaluation and technology risk assessment for new products and services
  • Assist in key management for various security servers
  • Manage training for Information Security Section
  • Perform any other duties as directed by supervisor
  • Assist Senior Information Security Manager in collecting statistics on expenses for information security
  • Comply with all applicable regulations, rules, codes, guidelines and standards set by regulators and the Bank, and carry out duties with high integrity
  • Adhere to all established risk control guidelines, procedures and measures to identify, assess, report, mitigate and monitor the risks involved in the day-to-day work

 

Requirements

  • University graduate, preferably major in Computer Science related subjects or equivalent
  • Preferable over 10 years’ experience IT in sector
  • At least 5 years in technology audit or cyber and information security
  • At least 5 years in a team lead/management role
  • In-depth knowledge in IT security services
  • Good project management and leadership skills
  • A team leader with good communication skills and risk awareness
  • Certified in CISSP, CISA or related professional certification
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
  • Self-motivated and good problem solving skills
