Job Description Responsible for managing and supporting our client's IT infrastructure, including network, server, hardware, software, and application systems Collaborate with team members and other teams to advance projects and resolve incidents Provide technical support and administration for desktop and server systems Requirements Higher Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT or related disciplines 2 years relevant working experiences Hands-on experience in implementation and support in one or more of the following areas is highly desirable: Switching, Routing, Firewall etc. VMware, RedHat LINUX, etc. CCNP, CCNP, CCIE holder (or equivalent) will be an advantage.
