Responsibilities Act as the OMO MIC for the asset-management business and reporting to senior management. Formulate and adjust portfolio strategies based on market analysis and oversee portfolio management. Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and associated risks to support investment decisions. Responsible for Asset Management business expansion and product development. Supervise all Asset Management activities to ensure full regulatory compliance. Establish and implement internal-control frameworks, business processes and policies for asset management. Deliver performance targets set by the parent company. Requirements Bachelor degree or above in Finance or Business Administration; Proven fundraising track record and strong investor-relations skills. At least 10 years of fund management experience; with team-leadership experience. Hold an unconditional Type 9 Responsible Officer (RO) license issued by the SFC. Familiar with regulations, guidelines of the SFC and relevant regulatory authorities. Excellent communication, investment-organizing and risk-management capabilities; demonstrated leadership in driving teams.
