FP & A Analyst

The FP&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting the finance team by providing detailed financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to enable informed strategic decision-making. Reporting directly to the CFO and indirectly to the Executive Chairman , this role is integral to consolidating financial data, analysing performance, managing budgets, and delivering actionable insights to the senior leadership team. Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, analysing key financial and non-financial metrics as defined by the Senior Leadership Team, reviewing all reports for accuracy and insights. Collect, compile, and analyse financial data and provide recommendations to support decision‑making. Prepare various deliverables to meet financial reporting needs, including commentary, and supplementary financial analysis for management and stakeholders. Offer decision‑making support to management through scenario analysis, insight, and actionable recommendations. Provide pricing analysis and support for account managers to ensure competitive and profitable pricing strategies. Work in collaboration with the CFO and Financial Controller to enhance financial systems and processes (e.g., Calxa), ensuring accurate and efficient reporting. Manage value‑added finance projects, proactively analysing business issues and identifying mitigation plans. In collaboration with the CFO, coordinate and manage the annual budget process. Conduct in‑depth analysis of overhead costs and other operating expenditure. Key Attributes Strategic Vision: Align financial strategies with long‑term company goals and optimize capital structure for growth. Financial Expertise: Mastery of financial systems, risk management, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. Analytical Ability: Develop control systems, mitigate risks, and solve complex financial challenges effectively. Business Acumen: Understand how financial decisions impact overall business performance and drive efficiency. Effective Communication: Present clear financial insights to executives, boards, and non‑finance teams. Process Improvement: Continuously enhance financial processes, systems, and accuracy.
