Parental leave

About your new role
We are currently seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to join our team. Someone who is passionate in implementing systems and managing end-to-end lifecycles across different functions. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team, you will take responsibility for:

  • Managing internal and external system development and implementation projects
  • Oversee testing activities and ensure a smooth project delivery
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams, acting as a bridge to ensure clear communication and negotiation of requirements and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support senior management in preparing sales proposals, conducting research, and exploring new technology and system solutions in the market
  • Maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and act as a primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships

What we'd love to see from you:
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects and performing business analysis activities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate effectively
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or any other relevant field
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in IT projects and business analysis
  • Familiar with system Implementation project such as ServiceNow, Power BI, and AI-powered solutions is highly desirable
  • Experience in the banking or insurance industries will be an advantage
  • Strong knowledge of agile project management methodologies and tools
