Job Description Reporting to the Head of Delivery, you’ll join a dynamic team that oversees the entire client journey and solution implementation—from initial onboarding to successful project delivery and ongoing support. About the Role You will play a critical role driving the successful end‑to‑end implementation of technical projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer requirements, and industry standards. What you will do Independently manage the end‑to‑end client IT delivery portfolio from design to implementation, following Agile methodologies. Manage C‑suite client stakeholders. Develop and execute high‑quality application software implementation plans based on client processes and requirements via API. Collaborate with Technology, Product, and Sales Teams to deliver the client portfolio meeting technical and business requirements. Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, engineering, IT, and operations. Facilitate clear communication of project scope, technical requirements, priorities, and timelines. Provide regular project status updates, dashboards, and progress reports. Capture and document client strategy, operational processes, and business rules; work with Product Team to scope feature requirements and conduct gap analysis. Support software application design, including data schema modeling, process workflow development, and execution in line with Qantev’s software lifecycle principles. Feed customer and market insights back to the company to help design next‑generation AI products. Contribute to the development of technology processes and internal frameworks. Become an expert and evangelist for Qantev’s technologies, including machine learning. Manage the solution deployment resource plan and requirements based on client portfolio demands and sales pipeline. Preferred Experience Over 5 years of experience in a client‑facing technical role with expertise in Agile methodology, ideally within fast‑paced environments. Extensive experience managing SaaS‑based projects, including software integration and development. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration. Strong ability to translate business processes into clear technical requirements. Solid understanding of modern technologies, APIs, SaaS platforms, AI/ML concepts. Familiarity with Agile and other project management frameworks. Structured thinker who thrives in complexity. Fluency in English and Cantonese required; Mandarin is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage engineers, stakeholders, and senior executives. Delivery mindset and ability to prepare clear, comprehensive presentations. Proactive, team‑oriented, fostering cross‑functional collaboration. Bonus Skills Experience deploying deep learning frameworks. Knowledge of the insurance industry. Proficiency in additional languages such as Cantonese or Thai.
