About the Role Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy that aligns with the organization's vision and business goals Partner with senior leadership to drive organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure the right capabilities Design and oversee performance management frameworks, ensuring effective practices that support high performance and accountability Lead initiatives to strengthen organizational culture, engagement and employee experience with a focus on inclusion, wellbeing and collaboration Oversee the design, review, and implementation of reward and benefits structures that are competitive, equitable and aligned to organizational objectives and budget Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation, regulations and internal policies, proactively managing risk and governance Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, external partners and service providers The Successful Applicant Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline Minimum 15-20 years of experience in the field of HR as proven HR Generalist / Business Partner with no less than 5 years of supervisory skills Demonstrated success in leading an HR function within a complex, fast-paced and sizeable platform Strong track record in managing change, restructuring and organizational development initiatives.
